The name Steamboat Productions has a personal history. In his teens and twenties, Colin was a professional dancer and founder of the well-known dance group Streetscape. His nickname on the dance floor was “Steamboat” because the rapid rhythm of his footwork sounded like a steam engine moving across the floor. That energy, movement, and passion for performance continue to inspire the creative work behind every project today.
